- 2 queen-size sleeper sofas for flexible sleeping arrangements (sleeps 6 10 total)

- Fully updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all cooking essentials
- Cozy sunroom with large TV perfect for quiet mornings, movie nights, or game time
- Laundry area for convenience during extended stays
- Gas Fireplace - *****PLEASE NOTE THE GLASS DOORS AND FLUE MUST BE OPEN WHEN IN USE

- Extended Stays (21+ days): $50 long-term cleaning fee added manually.
- Early Check-In: Check-in is 4 PM. Requests must be made the day before or morning of arrival. If approved, $15 per hour prior to 4 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Check-out is 10 AM. Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20 per hour after 10 AM.
- Unapproved Late Check-Out: $50 fine.
- Nature Note: Due to the natural setting, occasional sightings of insects or wildlife may occur despite thorough cleaning.
