- Primary bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
- Loft-style sleeping area with three twin bunks and one full-size bunk
- Upstairs half-bath for added convenience
- Smart TVs in the living area and loft
- In-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher for easy, extended stays
- Private dock on Wren Lake
- Canoe and kayak provided for guest use
- Outdoor fire pit for evening gatherings and stargazing
- Gas grill and deck with dining area for alfresco meals
- Two adult life jackets included for water activities
- Up to 2 dogs welcome ($150 pet fee per stay, billed separately after booking)
- Dog-friendly only; no cats or other pets permitted
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine
- No smoking indoors ($250 fine applies)
- Lost Found: $25 handling fee plus shipping for returned items
- Long-term stays (21+ days) incur an additional $50 cleaning fee (charged manually)
- Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee
- Property damage protection fee applies to each booking (covers up to $500 in accidental damage)
- Starter pack of toiletries and paper products provided (guests staying longer may need to replenish)
- Due to the natural setting, occasional sightings of insects or wildlife may occur
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
