- Natural Setting Notice: This is a country retreat, so occasional wildlife or insect sightings are possible.
- Dog-friendly only (max 2 dogs)
- $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay (charged manually within two weeks of arrival)
- Violation of dog-only policy will result in a $300 fine
- No smoking indoors $250 violation fee
- Lost item returns: $25 handling fee + shipping
- Extended stays over 21 days require an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee
- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $50 fee
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
