- Extended Stays: Bookings longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added.
- Late Check-Outs: Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $50 fee.
- Security Deposit: A deposit will be collected upon booking.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
