There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The lower level room has a king bed. The upper level bedroom has a queen sized bed and loft with a pullout sofa. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice dining / living area. There is a large upper terrace with a seating and dining area. This area has a sink and grill.
The housekeeper works three days per week and the gardener twice per week.
RENTAL RATES
Night: $ 200/$ 300(Two night minimum). Week: $1,200/$1,800 Month: $ 3,200/$3,600. (Standard/Holidays and Winter rates)
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
