The River North Art District—RiNo to locals—transformed from forgotten industrial warehouses into Denver’s most vibrant cultural playground. Walking RiNo’s streets feels like stepping into an open-air gallery. Over 80 murals cover brick facades along Larimer, Walnut, and Blake between 25th and 38th Streets. The annual Art RiNo festival (formerly CRUSH Walls) brings global artists each September—some murals change weekly.
Two anchor destinations define RiNo dining: Denver Central Market (3-minute walk) packs 10+ artisan vendors under one roof, while The Source Hotel & Market Hall houses the James Beard award-winning Safta (Israeli cuisine). For special occasions, Beckon offers a Michelin-starred chef’s counter experience. Hop Alley earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand for its Chinese fare, and Work & Class serves wood-roasted meats in a lively atmosphere.
RiNo claims 20+ craft breweries within walking distance—more than most cities have total. Start at Ratio Beerworks (dog-friendly patio), sample German lagers at Bierstadt Lagerhaus, catch backyard concerts at Black Shirt Brewing, or try something different at Stem Ciders (gluten-free) and Colorado Sake Co.
Denargo Market Park just opened with 4 acres of green space, a playground, riverwalk, and a climbable rhino sculpture (perfect photo op!). Denver also approved its first common consumption area near Mission Ballroom—carry your drinks between participating bars within the designated zone.

Yes! All 6 RiNo Art Lofts welcome dogs—up to 2 dogs per loft with a $75 pet fee. RiNo is one of Denver’s most dog-friendly neighborhoods. Most breweries have outdoor patios where dogs are welcome, and there are plenty of walking areas including the new Denargo Market Park. Note: Cats and other pets are not permitted.
We offer five 2-bedroom lofts (sleeping 4-6 guests each) and one large 3-bedroom loft (sleeping up to 8 guests). All units feature the same industrial-chic design with exposed brick, 12-foot ceilings, and full amenities. The 3-bedroom is perfect for families or groups attending events together.
RiNo Art Lofts offer free street parking in the neighborhood. Street parking is generally available, especially in the evenings and weekends. For events at Mission Ballroom, we recommend arriving early or using rideshare—one of the perks of staying so close is you can walk!
Mission Ballroom is just a 5-minute walk from RiNo Art Lofts. This makes us the perfect home base for concert-goers—no parking hassles, no designated driver needed, no surge-priced rideshares after the show. Walk to the concert, enjoy your night, and walk home to your loft.
The 38th & Blake A-Line station is a 6-minute walk from our lofts. The A-Line train runs directly to Denver International Airport (DIA) in about 35 minutes for just $10.50 each way. Trains run every 15 minutes during peak hours. Skip the traffic and parking fees!
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is approximately 25-30 minutes by car from RiNo Art Lofts. We recommend leaving at least 90 minutes before showtime due to venue traffic and security lines. After the show, your loft is waiting for you back in Denver—no long drive home to the suburbs.
RiNo is Denver’s brewery capital with 20+ craft breweries within walking distance. Favorites include: Ratio Beerworks (great patio), River North Brewery (dog-friendly), Bierstadt Lagerhaus (authentic German lagers), Black Shirt Brewing (pizza + backyard concerts), Our Mutual Friend, Epic Brewing, and 14er Brewing. Beyond beer, try Stem Ciders (gluten-free options) or Colorado Sake Co.
Art RiNo (formerly CRUSH Walls) is the district’s annual street art festival, typically held each September. Global and local artists paint massive murals on RiNo’s warehouse walls over several days—it’s a celebration of urban art. The neighborhood now features 80+ official murals year-round. QR codes throughout the district link to artist information and stories behind each piece.
RiNo has become one of Denver’s top dining destinations. Highlights include: Beckon (Michelin-starred chef’s counter), Safta (James Beard award-winning Israeli at The Source), Hop Alley (Michelin Bib Gourmand Chinese), Work & Class (wood-roasted meats), and Mister Oso (Latin-inspired). Denver Central Market is 3 minutes away with 10+ food vendors under one roof.
Yes! RiNo is a vibrant, well-traveled neighborhood popular with locals and visitors alike. The area is especially lively in the evenings and weekends with restaurant, bar, and concert patrons. Like any urban area, we recommend standard awareness—stick to well-lit streets and be mindful of your belongings. RiNo has significantly gentrified over the past decade and is considered one of Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods.
Every RiNo Art Loft includes: full kitchen (dishes, cookware, coffee maker), in-unit washer & dryer, high-speed WiFi, dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming apps, quality linens and towels, and basic toiletries. Self check-in via keypad code. Our Guest App provides local recommendations and easy communication with our team.
First Friday Art Walk happens the first Friday of every month from 6-9pm. Galleries open their doors, artists display work, food trucks appear, and the neighborhood comes alive. It’s the perfect way to experience RiNo’s creative culture. Many galleries and studios are within walking distance of RiNo Art Lofts.
