We have two buildings in Denver: Espadin LoHi at 2880 Zuni Street in the Lower Highland neighborhood, and RiNo Art Lofts at 3198 Blake Street in the River North Art District. Both are in walkable urban neighborhoods with restaurants, bars, and shops within blocks.
Yes. Most units at Espadin LoHi offer optional garage parking for $25 per night. The garage includes 24/7 security, motion-activated lighting, and direct elevator access to your floor. EV charging is available at select spaces for $40 per night.
Yes, we welcome dogs at both Denver properties. We allow up to 2 dogs per reservation with a $75 pet fee per stay. Please note: we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.
Check-in is completely contactless. You’ll receive access to our Guest App before arrival with your unique door code, building access instructions, and Wi-Fi details. Smart locks mean no key pickup – just arrive and enter your code. Standard check-in is 4 PM; check-out is 11 AM.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is approximately 35-40 minutes from our LoHi and RiNo properties. We recommend ride-share services or the A-Line train to Union Station, then a short ride-share to your unit.
Absolutely. From Espadin LoHi, you’re within a 5-minute walk of 20+ restaurants including Linger, Root Down, and LoHi Steakbar. From RiNo Art Lofts, Denver Central Market is 3 blocks away, surrounded by breweries like Ratio, Our Mutual Friend, and Great Divide.
Yes. Every unit has high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and blackout curtains in bedrooms. Many guests book extended stays for remote work – we offer weekly and monthly rates.
We have several 2- and 3-bedroom units that work well for families. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request. Our largest unit, The Penthouse at Espadin, sleeps up to 8 guests.
Red Rocks is approximately 25-30 minutes by car. For concerts, leave 60-90 minutes early due to venue traffic. Many guests use our rentals as their Red Rocks concert base.
All units include: linens and towels, full kitchen with cookware, coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming apps, washer/dryer, toiletries, and climate control.
