2002::Casa San Jose Description
This 18th century six bedroom hacienda was restored with impeccable taste using the very best local architect and designers. Casa San Jose is located in Historic Centro just three blocks from the Jardin.
Surrounding a traditional central courtyard on the ground level you’ll find four of the six bedrooms. All of these rooms have king sized beds with en suite baths and private fireplaces. The courtyard is complete with a center fountain and abundant areas to sit and enjoy its beauty.
Also on the ground level is an elegant dining room which seats twelve, spacious living room and a den, complete with a large flat screen TV with satellite, computer and a Vonage phone. There is WiFi throughout and a sound system in most parts of the house. Finally, on this level you’ll find a chef’s kitchen with all modern appliances, wine cellar and a large garden with swimming pool.
On the second level, there are two additional suites with king sized beds and private fireplaces. These rooms have private terraces and one of these rooms is easily converted into a room with two twin beds.
Casa San Jose is fully staffed with an English speaking house manager, a chef, maid and gardener. Tips are $100 per week per bedroom and are collected in advance. Tip rules apply for short rentals.
House rules:
No children between 2 and 12, no pets and no parties larger than 20 persons. Events are permitted for a fee of $ 1,600. 50 max for sit down dinners and 75 for cocktail parties. 4 night minimum stay for events.
