Serenity In Sedona offers a welcoming entryway surrounded by mature foliage and a calming water feature. Just a short walk or drive to the grocery store, excellent dining, world-class hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, off-road/hot air balloon adventures, spas, wineries, and local shopping.

This exquisite home has a modern minimalist feel, is tastefully decorated, and features brand new sorrel maple hardwood flooring in the bedroom suites and hallways. The abundant light in the living room highlights a cozy area with comfortable furnishings and a brick-stone gas fireplace. Direct access in the back to the patio deck (with gas grill) provides ample outdoor seating and shows off the sunset on the breathtaking red rocks scenery, including Thunder Mountain. The new front seating area and master bedroom deck are perfect for enjoying the famous Sedona sunrise. The fully equipped kitchen has a timeless design with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample amenities, and a breakfast nook/bar, while the formal dining area has ample seating for up to 6. The sizable bedrooms include a huge 2nd-floor private master suite/office/bathroom with tub as well as a private 2-bedroom/bath guest suite quarters. The view of the mountain from the living area is unbeatable, and we all enjoyed sitting beside the gas fireplace on chilly mornings and evenings. The kitchen has all the amenities necessary for cooking any meal though it is tempting to eat out at the many fabulous restaurants located just a few minutes from the house.

Paul and I just wanted to let you know what an incredible time we had in Sedona and how perfect your beautiful home was. To stand at the kitchen sink or look out a huge window in the shower directly at Thunder Mountain is like no other view! The layout of your home is perfect, the comfortable and tastefully decorated great room is the perfect hang-out space as well as a large kitchen and a dining area that looks out at the perfect Sedona landscaping topped off by a waterfall!! We loved the separate wing of the master bedroom and we totally enjoyed lying on the sectional on the deck to look at the stars at night! Needless to say, we would highly recommend your awesome place and definitely plan on going back!

We stayed at 10 Bella Vista Court in November and two of the four of us had never been to Sedona before. Trish did an amazing job with detailed instructions, text follow-up, and descriptions of where things would be and what to see/do in Sedona. We found the house very well kept; with all the amenities we could need. The back deck had unbelievable views of Thunder Mountain and was our gathering spot to catch up- as this was our annual girls trip (we pick a spot each year that we meet at as we live spread out throughout the US). Bella Vista was so quiet, the skies were clear, and the weather was so perfect that we didn t even need to turn on the heat. The property is centrally located and is about 5 minutes away from anything and the view of Thunder Mountain is breathtaking!
We had planned to go out several nights but cooked in as the home was just so comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and plenty of towels. The most fun was heading to the garage and playing ping pong in the evenings!
We all felt very fortunate to stay here, and it is on our top 2 of all places that we have had our girls trip over the last 18 years. The only downside was we should have stayed a few more days next time!

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
