1185::Lx51 Mountain retreat near Reno, 30 day rental Description

30 night minimum rental Realty Boulevard Amber Fuller-McDade Broker & Property Manager B. 1000666 PM.163829 You will need a 4x4 or AWD vehicle in the winter time.
'Listening to Native legends around a campfire, taking a Jeep ride through the high mountain desert, watching the colorful swirl of dancers at a powwow—exchanges with Native peoples provide a visceral understanding of traditions and history not available in textbooks. The United States is a vibrant destination for exploring the indigenous culture. That often means traveling to the unspoiled countryside, far from crowds and fences, to find the sorts of wide-open spaces typically found only in faded photographs or dreams"
The Native American Ranch allows you to do it all: be away, but close, secluded,  but not so much. We have the fantastic opportunity to walk through Native American History, yet be close to the fantastic city of Reno.  Reno has so much to offer for everyone. Bring the kids to the children's museum, or party at the clubs, there is something for everyone.  Reno is host to many events and concerts year round. Take a 35 min scenic drive to Mount Rose Ski resort (depending on road conditions). Only 4.5 miles away about 10 to 15 mins to downtown Virginia city, a hidden gem of Northern NV.  You will find so much history of the old west here. Walking down the street is like a trip back in time. There are plenty of fun little tourist things to do in Virginia city. You can even take an old train ride on a historical track.

This Remodeled home is filled with natural light during the day with beautiful relaxing mountain views. In the main house you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 up stairs and the primary on the main floor.  There is a high tech toilet in the primary bathroom as well. In the main home you have 2.5 bathrooms.

The guest house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus sleeping quarters. You will find 1 queen, 1 king, and 2 large bunk beds in the guest house with a full bath. The guest house garage is where the fun happens. It is a fully finished game room with darts, Pool table, Poker table, and 80” tv. On warm days you can open the garage door up and enjoy it as an indoor outdoor game room.

A fully equipped kitchen is well-appointed to do cooking and entertaining. A large center island for preparing gourmet meals is easily accessible. Modern Stainless-Steel Appliances, large fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, and everything needed to cook wonderful meals.
Outside on the patio we have a gas BBQ with a side burner for outdoor cooking at its finest. There is a cozy gas firepit in gazebo.  There is a wood firepit on the patio as well.  Cannot be used during Fire season.

The owner enjoys art and the native American culture.  You can feel this when you walk the property. You can peek into the Buffalo house. You can only go in if escorted. There is an amazing collection of art on the property. The owner takes great pride in this. Please be respectful. Once you have enjoyed all the art on the property, take time to sit next to the koi pound and relax. Please keep your kids and pets out of the koi pond.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am, and max cars allowed in the property are 7

There are many famous Native American tribes who played a part in the history of the state and whose tribal territories and homelands are located in the present-day state of Nevada. The names of the Nevada tribes included the Koso, Paiute, Panamint, Shoshoni, Walapi, Washoe, and Ute tribes.

 The Buffalo House
The Buffalo House  is a love story coming to life, as the owners admire the work of local artists who created this Native American museum for him. This is not a trophy room but a walk through the history of our Native American Indians. The Horse culture and admiration inherited from Spaniards brought great value to our natives as they helped them with the hunts and a source of transportation. The Buffalo house tells their life and the story of the Native Americans Wars. The buffalo was a very important animal to the local natives in many ways.
This unique piece of art is available for viewing for an additional price if renting the house for an Event.
