All bedrooms and the office have blinds, (the master suite has a blind system on the left side but not on the view out to the Castlerock as it is not overlooked).  The master bathroom and main level shower rooms have one way glass which you can see out of, but not into. The house has truly been designed with an emphasis on light and immersion in the surrounding natural beauty of the location.

The property is gated and fully fenced, the seasonally (late May – Oct) Solar heated swimming pool (9ft max depth at deep end) is private and overlooks the same stunning vista. The pool and gardens are maintained by our management company to ensure that they are always in good order.
